Like the ABS in the stomach - "Core" that many people loose.
Did you know it is proven that anyone can obtain "Abs" (Abdominal Muscles) in the course of a 17 day period.?? working them out 5 times a week.??!Β but yet the issue is that to maintain the "ABS" is what people cannot do......
